ET26SWE0025 - 2026 Manufacturer Engagement Webinar
Cohen Ventures, Inc. DBA Energy Solutions (“Implementer”) and their subcontractors (collectively, the “Program Team”) will hold a virtual event targeted to manufacturers and the efficiency supply chain. CalNEXT seeks to engage manufacturers to raise awareness around how they can leverage CalNEXT projects to validate efficiency improvements in new and emerging products and reach a larger energy efficiency program audience. The purpose of this event will be to:
1. Provide an introduction to the program
2. Provide an overview of terminology and program components
3. Provide Background on CalNEXT’s work with manufacturers and the efficiency supply chain, including examples, technologies and upcoming priorities
4. Describe how stakeholders, and particularly manufacturers, can become involved with CalNEXT projects
5. Allow for questions about the program or processes
To meet the needs of various stakeholder types, the event will be held virtually and there will be an opportunity for audience members to ask questions.
Attendees will be educated about the value of engaging with the CalNEXT program, with a clear call to action for how to engage and connect with CalNEXT partners on project ideas for emerging technologies with a focus on reducing kWh or peak kW to be considered for testing. Additionally, this event will reinforce and strengthen CalNEXT’s presence with manufacturers and serve as a platform to gather feedback from key stakeholders.
