ET26SWE0013 - 2026 ACEEE Summer Study

Cohen Ventures, Inc. DBA Energy Solutions (“Implementer”) and their subcontractors (collectively, the “Program Team”) will attend and present at the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy (“ACEEE") Summer Study on Energy Efficiency in Buildings in Pacific Grove, CA, between August 2-7, 2026. The focus of the ACEEE 2026 Summer Study is the building sector with the theme “Efficiency Innovations: Improving Affordability and Resiliency.” Stakeholders attending the event include corporate leaders, government relations professionals, equipment manufacturers, labor representatives, energy efficiency program administrators, and public utility commission staff members. The purpose of attending this event is to interact with key stakeholders, explore emerging technology (ET) within the building sector, create a call to action for external project submission, and build awareness of CalNEXT. Various CalNEXT project teams submitted project abstracts, and two CalNEXT projects have been selected to be presented at ACEEE, “Electrifying Large Commercial Central Plants: Demonstration of TIER and Program Delivery Solutions" (ET24SWE0028) and on “High Efficiency Rooftop Unit (HE RTU) Focus Pilot” (ET24SWE0066).
