The Program Team plans to attend and sponsor the California Efficiency and Demand Management Council (CEDMC) Fall Conference, which will take place in Oakland, CA from November 6 - 7, 2024. CEDMC serves as an essential platform for in-depth discussions on critical policy matters, encompassing topics such as energy efficiency, electrification, and decarbonization. The event brings together policymakers, program implementers, and other influential parties to explore how energy efficiency and demand management resources can be enhanced through the development and support of solid and implementable policies. This is particularly pertinent as CalNEXT technologies, initiatives, and policies extend beyond early adoption phases and into mainstream markets. Sponsoring CEDMC presents a valuable opportunity for the Program Team to establish connections with key stakeholders, share project information in a more informal setting, and maintain stakeholder engagement throughout the development cycle of CalNEXT projects.
